  • International Shipping: Currently, HeatNovoEnergy only offers shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options and will notify our customers as soon as international shipping becomes available.

2. Shipping Costs

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed on HeatNovoEnergy are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that order processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Same-Day Shipping: For orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) on business days, we may be able to process and ship your order the same day. However, this is not guaranteed, and availability may depend on product stock and order volume.
  • Backordered Items: If an item in your order is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated shipping date. You can choose to wait for the item, request a substitute, or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your shipping method, location, and the carrier used. Here are the general estimated delivery times for each shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days for delivery within the United States (subject to delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen factors).

  • Next Day Shipping: Available for some products and locations. Delivery is typically made the following business day.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

While HeatNovoEnergy currently only ships within the United States, we are actively working on offering international shipping to various countries. 7. Shipping Restrictions

In addition, HeatNovoEnergy only ships to valid, physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your address, contact details, and any specific instructions that may be necessary for the delivery. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Shipping Issues: If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can make any necessary corrections. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for re-shipment and charge an additional shipping fee.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, once your package is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:
